During this 6-month immersive fellowship, our Fellows gain knowledge and experience in policy research and coalition building and learn to navigate Delaware’s political and economic arenas from a host of legislators, community advocates, and business leaders from across the state.

The application opens on October 1st and the final deadline is November 20th.
The incoming class of fellows will be recruited from all areas of the state. The Fellowship meets twice a month on Tuesdays from 10am to 3 pm from January through June.
We work with many employers who are happy to make accommodations to help their team members participate. Through the application and interviews, we can work with you on this process.
