Strengthening Housing Stability
Providing emergency rental assistance, resources, and support to prevent eviction and promote long-term economic security across Delaware.
In 2024, MWUL partnered with the Delaware State Housing Authority to deliver emergency housing assistance through DEHAP and the Housing Resource Partner Program. The initiative engaged 500+ community members through calls, walk-ins, and events, provided 57 clients with rental assistance to prevent eviction, and connected 49 clients to financial literacy, resume building, and legal resources—strengthening housing stability and economic security across Delaware.
