Our MWUL Fellows receive mentorship, civic engagement training, and career exposure.

Program Impact & Outcomes

  • 6-month immersive leadership program developing policymakers, advocates, and community organizers.
  • 70+ leaders trained over seven years, including 18 fellows in the 2024 cohort.
  • Fellows gain hands-on experience in policy research, coalition building, and navigating Delaware’s political and economic systems.
