6-month immersive leadership program developing policymakers, advocates, and community organizers.
70+ leaders trained over seven years, including 18 fellows in the 2024 cohort.
Fellows gain hands-on experience in policy research, coalition building, and navigating Delaware’s political and economic systems.

- Twice a month on Tuesdays
- 10 AM – 3 PM
- January through June.
